Review: I contracted the Firm of Cosmo-Polandia LLC to send my car and belongings to [redacted]. I dealt with the company owner name of [redacted] also known as [redacted] email: [redacted]

I was promised the car would be delivered by Late May/ Early June. The car was still not delivered. I managed to have some contact with Mr.[redacted] by email, he kept promising a different date, then menitoned that the containter was impounded, and many other issues. He finally said my car will be in [redacted] by July 1st. It is now July 9th and I have not heard anything. I have left several voice mails and texts to his personal cell phone of: [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] did contact me and said to rent a car till july 4th and that I will have the cost refunded, I sent him a bill and still no reply.

I have not recievied any new information.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and a refund of my car rental like promised, and a partial refund of my payment of the delivery fee.

Review: I am filing a complaint against Cosmo-Polandia ( web site: www. taniepaczki.net} of NJ for non-performance of service consisting of transporting a lawn tractor valued $ 800 to Poland pursuant to our agreement dated august 11.2013.The company owner has admitted that the tractor was mistakenly loaded into wrong container and was never delivered to its destination in Poland .He is also refusing to reimburse the expenses that I incurred.
