In response to 2nd letter id# ***Sorry I have to respond in person have concerns with my computer at the moment.#i want to get to the point of this matter so we can get this overI don't need to go into details, I just want to pin point two main concernsRegardless of Mr*** vehicle, all Ican say is sorry for his incovience with his vehicleAny repair that is done under contract thats what the contract isAnd it clearly specifies whats covered andwhats notIt clearly states that the warranty is a local warranty only @ this location only.It also states the terms & conditions of the covered warty itemsrefer to the conditionsat the bottom of the receiptand the local warranty underneath, the persons nameand it is signed by the customerI want to thank you Revdex.comlor your interest in this matter andfor moderating this for usAnd I hope this is finali would like you to understand that his transmission is still under warranty with the month /36,mile local warranty@this location if he still has any concerns with the transmission.note: This is my final notice, If their is still an issue after this, we need to escalate this to the next proper level Feel free to contact me Joe *** *** cell

To whom it may concern: I am Carlos ***, the manager of Transmission Center @ *** * *** *** *** ** ***I recieved a phone call from Mr*** on the June around 12:pmhe told me that his car had been in an accedent in california and that he had to tow his car to a shop out
theirHe stated that my technicion left a bolt off the ball joint on the driver side & because of that he damaged his car and he wants us to pay for the damage and that its gonna cost more then a thousand dollarsI told him I needed some kid of proff like #we need clear pictures of the damage#we need a clear estimae of the damage#we need to talk with the tecnicion to confirm the damage#we might be able to help you if this is true, but it states in the paper work that this is a local warranty not a nation wide warrantySince you claim this was an accedent you should have reported it to your insurance companyAlso in the picture you sent me, it clearly shows that the driver side axle shaft was broken so that looks like the cause of the damagewe insist via text that we need a clear explaination of the cause of this concer, You failed to get me all the information we requestedWe have had contacted a store we work with in califonia to send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle to inspect it to figure out the cause of this whole concernBut we never heard back from MrRyotha nor did he answer any of my callsuntil now

In response to Carlos [redacted] provided answers:#1 There were a total of 19 photos sent to your phone number ending in 0010. You have seen these pictures.#2 You personally spoke with the mechanic/owner of Samurai Auto, Mr. [redacted], who explained the damage and estimated cost.#3 Again, you personally spoke with Mr. [redacted].#4 Your warranty on the receipt does not indicate anything about it being a local warranty. The warranty to the transmission is not in question, the negligent work from installation as a result of your transmission overhaul is the issue.  There was no "accident" that caused damage to the car, the car had a failure that ended in a complete stop on a highway at a speed of about 65 MPH because of a missing nut on the ball joint, which caused it to come apart, thus resulting in the axle shaft being broken. The two front rims were also damaged in this incident. The shaft did not break on its own, it was caused because of the ball joint coming apart because it did not have a nut holding it in place. Again, pictures showing this were sent to you, as well as being explained to you via Mr. [redacted], the mechanic who fixed the car in California. There was never any communication from you indicating a shop that would come pick up the car with a tow truck, whether via text or phone call.I did not fail in reporting to you the issues that happened, you did not call multiple times, and your last answer was I need to talk to the boss about the estimate. All history of texts are kept and can be provided, and all calls have been saved. I also had an automotive technician friend take all of the paperwork and try to speak directly to your shop twice this past week, in which no one would respond to or help resolve the issue. This is the reason I have contacted the Revdex.com. Your business has lost all reliability from me, and I can provide all saved info as needed. I would like to have your business try to work towards a resolve to this issue.
