I am rejecting this response because:After more than a month complaining, most of time not receiving a reply, the company...

finally did what should have been done in the beginning. I can't say I'm happy, because that was a lot of effort. Plus, the company did no care to test the product I had, they didn't care about the chemical taste. It is just a bad product, manufactured by a irresponsible company.The main reason I'm rejecting this response is because I received the check, and my name is wrong. My last name is Ribeiro not Riberio as it is written in the check (the letter I is in the wrong place).
