CosmoProf (Beauty Systems Group)

I own a hair salon in New York city, I ordered a big order on 11/28/2019 for a total of $8,668.43 for the upcoming busy holiday season from cosmoprofbeauty.com and today is 12/28/19 and I never received my order.
I called the company at least 4 to 5 times regarding it but they never resolved my problem, when I called on Dec10 they told me that they can not send me my order because it is a high volume order and they reduced my order and charged my credit card $4,888.88
but I still did not receive my order and I called them back again, they do not know what is going on with my order , they said they will e-mail me and let me know but they never did! they wasted much of my time. this is like a joke! how they can run a business like that? definitely I won't be buying from them again after this resolves. thank you!
