We fixed everything they said they wanted and then they started calling and emailing us often.? The last time they were here, the lady said that was fine.? We replaced several pieces of tint for her and she said it looked good.? It is almost impossible for tinting to be 100% perfect.? Our warranty does not cover slight dust or pin holes in the windows.? I explained this to her.? We tried our best to make her happy and replaced pieces of tint.? We are professionals and use the highest grade of tint.? We are not the cheapest for this reason.?

The consumer did purchase a 10-year Anti-Rust Warranty about 1/years agoI will not cover it or refund his money because vehicle damage is not covered under the warranty
The only part that is rusting (the inner wheel well) is bent
It caused the well joint to break and is causing the issueIt states in the second paragraph (Exclusions) that "surface or cosmetic rust caused by abrasion, scratches or dents" is not covered
Also, although the rust clearly took years to form (without the consumer reporting it); the vehicle has not rusted through yetThe warranty states that "Should any rust-through occur to the coated surfaces during the warranty period, Cosmos Car Care will re-store the damaged area to its original condition."
My business of about years depends almost completely on word-of-mouth advertising, so I try my best to keep my customers happyIf he had brought the vehicle to me after it was damaged, I would have been happy to reapply the rust proofing to that area for free

I am rejecting this response because: This is our response to the business response to our complaint submitted on 9/19/against Cosmos Car Care. The complaint ID is ***. The response from the business is unsatisfactory. Our complaint is the fact that the overall quality of the installation was poor and the business did not live up to their promise that we would be 100% satisfied or they would fix it. We suspect the business does not have the proper work environment conditions to install tint in hot weather (the work area was hot and dirty during the days of installation). As indicated in our initial compliant, we contacted the business in the immediate days following the original completion of the work with complaints of bubbles, dirt and scratches is several of the windows. The installer fixed of the windows that had severe scratches after we contacted him timesThe installer looked at, but did not fix the remaining windows which all had bubbles and dirt in the tint. The installer told us to continue watching the remaining windows and if there was no improvement he would fix them. After noticing no improvement and more bubbles and scratches over the following few days, we contacted the installer several times days in a row and the installer stopped responding to our messages. We have evidence in the form of text messages to the installer as well as detailed pictures of the work. We did not ask for a warranty for the materials. Our complaint is due to the overall poor quality of the installation. The response from Cosmos verified that we contacted them several times with complaints and that they fix their low quality work. They only repaired of the windows and then stopped responding to our requests to fix the remaining windows.
