The claimant says that his sheets were lost at our businessPer his receipt, the sheets are approximately 3-months oldThe claimant is not taking into account depreciation of the productWe offered him 50% of the price of the sheets in addition to free service, but he refused our offer and made angry threatsWe are open to working with him but in a civil, reasonable fashion

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I never raised my voice or used aggressive or offensive verbiage The owner, however, raised his voice, became very angry, called me "greedy" and told me to " [redacted] " and hung up I was willing to further discuss but he ended the conversation This is not a car we're discussing and I'm not selling my bedsheets at market value I paid them to do a service Through their admitted neglect, they lost y items, but I'm responsible for paying for $for month old bed sheets because they don't feel the need to be fully accountable There is no reason I should pay anything for brand new sheets after they've already admitted neglect If they hadn't, and there was a dispute on whether they lost them or not, I could see a settlement halfway but that isn't the issue They must be held accountable for their actions and do the right thing That dos not include being verbally abusive, dismissive, or lying to the Revdex.com I have contacted the other [redacted] reviewers who also claimed similar treatment and that their items were lost or damaged They are willing to testify in court that this is a occurrence for [redacted] They have also suggested starting a flier campaign in the neighborhood to warn residence of what has happened to them and the current filing with the Revdex.com, Department of Consumer Affairs, and Small Claims filing with the New York County Court I have also contacted Channel to investigate allegations of repeated negligence and refusal to compensate its customers This should have NEVER gone this far In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
