Review: I have [redacted] ins a part of [redacted] ins company.my car was hit on a public street, my ins company has auto body shops that they deal with and you can pick one so I picked cosner bros and yes they do good work.. dec 23 2013 Monday I when to cosner bros auto body shop, they looked at the car and I left my car there for repair. January 10 2014.I pick up my car repair was great. I left there shop to go one block up the street to get gas. not even 5 mins away, I see three cracks in my front windshield so I call cosner bros auto body shop. I tell them I just left there shop and I notice three cracks on the windshield , the person I spoke with said there were very cold temps, the last week and to bring car Monday for them to see.so I did they looked at the car and then they talked to the repair person, he said he didn't crack the windshield. the owner of the shop said I had the three cracks there already. he said go to your ins. company we will not fixing it. I have window chips coverage I didn't need to lie to get them to fix it.. that's just wrong!!!!!! they had my car and windshield was fine.is there any honest people left in this world....they put my car under some kind of heating units for it to dry. and to keep warm for paint..and this is what I get..... not good!!!Desired Settlement: I just put no settlement because they are not going to do the right thing. I would like for them to replace my windshield.... but fat chance. thank you.

Review: On 11/16/2015 My New [redacted] was towed to Cosner Brothers Auto Body Shop at 1538 E High St, Charlottesville, VA 22902. I trusted them to repair my vehicle and put it back to the original new condition. I was sadly mistaken. (Note) I took pictures of all the damages at the time of the accident and while the vehicle sat on their lot for many weeks and the day I was called to pick up my vehicle. I was also promised that my truck which was very clean on the inside would be cleaned up from any dirt or debris they caused while repairing the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my truck I found the inside seats were dirty, the floor board was filthy There were missing parts they stated they replaced, the welding and paint was a very poor job, it was so bad the State Farm Adjuster had to come back to my home for an inventory check. I ask Cosner Brothers Body Shop for and Itemized repair receipt and they stated they did not have one. They handed me a copy of the Insurance adjuster Sheet with marks and checks and numbers scratched off and prices added. It was a mess. I ask about the mud guards that they charged me for and I was told they were on the truck. When I pointed out with my pictures that it was the same pre-accident part, the repair man ANDY said "oh I have one of those I can put on" I found a part in the floor board and ask what was this, and was it suppose to be on the truck and he said he did not know what it was for. I told him I paid for those mud guards and ask him why are they in the shop and not on my truck he refused to talk to me. I called today 1/28/2016 and ask him again where were my parts I paid for and he ask me what I was talking about and I reminded him I had pictures and then he said he had them in the shop. When I told him he could be arrested for theft and fraud he hung up on me. I wonder with all the lies I was told, the fudged paper work and stolen parts if any of the new parts on the State Farm Claim repair sheet were replacedDesired Settlement: I want a refund for all the missing parts and the improper repairs. This is my vehicle, not State Farms or Cosners Body Shop. This is just another case of Fraud with another Body Shop. I will never trust another Body Shop. I was at the beginning Clear and Up Front with what I expected.

This shop has my new parts, Why? and what other parts have they with held from my due repairs. I want my parts and refund due me.
