Cost Less Appliance, Heating & Air Conditioning Repair [redacted] Bakersfield CA###-###-#### [redacted] June 5, Mrs [redacted] Bakersfield, Ca As the situation with fixing your AC, you called our company on May 23, because your AC wasn’t working, we send our technician to your home the same day, he diagnosed the problem as bad variable speed blower motor, the motor wasn’t available at any of the suppliers and had to be ordered which we order it same day May 23, as our technician had explained to you, you called several other companies as you stated , and possibly another company had it in stock, unfortunately we have to ordered it on your behalf from the supplier in turn they ordered it from the manufacturer, you called us on May 31, to cancel the order, it was too late to cancel because the motor was already shipped and we provided you with the tracking number, therefore, we couldn’t cancel it, and we can’t return it as well because there is no return on any electric partsHowever, we are offering you to buy the motor and maybe you will need it in the future Charges as follow The motor $ tax service call charge $= $1,You paid us $total due will be $ if you agree, we will have our technician deliver it to you and collect the balance due $ in cash, and we are sorry for the inconveniencePlease send your decision through our email stated above Office manager

The air conditioning in the home broke on 05/2/17, Cost Less Repair was called and came to the home 5/23/ I was told the motor blew out and it would have to be ordered and was quoted by the technician *** that it would take a couple of days for it to arrive *** the Technician asked for $when by law he should have never asked more than 10% of total cost, which would been a total of $On 5/30/The company was called to request an updateNo information for known, *** whom answers the phone and claimed to do the ordering, stated the part had already been orderedHowever, *** could not proved any company names it could have been ordered from or any TRACKING NUMBERSOn this day 5/30/I had requested to have the order canceled and have deposit returnedThat request was refused and deniedInstead I was cursed at called names and hung up onThen the phone was disconnected so I couldn't get throughOn 05/31/a tracking number was received and I was shown an
