Stay away from Andy Leiter. You will get excuse after excuse. "I promise I will call you back" and does the phone ring, nope. We have had over 12 instances where Cost Less Lighting has made over company look like total is. They constantly send the wrong items and there products are very faulty. Good luck on utilizing your warranty and getting a response. We had the pleasure of speaking with Andy today about another order he messed up and where told to "F" off and he hung up on us. Real professional I would say. The key word in Cost-Less-Lighting is LESS by far. Stay away from his guy at all measures, unless you like getting excuse after excuse and false promises.

There are several untrue statements in this response. The agreement was that there was going to be a $5 per tube refund on the order for those tubes. Furthermore, even if there was a mis-communication on that agreement, several orders were placed after that one and no credit was ever applied. There were no free products given to cover that fee. I 100% have NOT been able to get a rebate as the lights are NOT DLC Listed which is the requirement in order to get the rebate and the reason this is such a big issue. I have attached the letter from LG&E Stating such. Since I requested the credit on the new orders and was refused, requested a refund and was refused I escalated it to the Revdex.com and starting a claim with American Express. I have already had to cut a check for the entire $10 per tube that was promised to the customer. I have attached a copy of that check here as well. The order for these tubes was placed on 11/17/2016. After that, there were 5 more orders with a total of $19,806.54 (not including the $8,625 order that is the order that's in dispute). When the final conversation was held with Cost Less Lighting, it was said by the sales rep "My company isn't going to cover it so that $5 per tube would have to come out of my own paycheck". It was for this reason that he landed on the decision that he was not going to honor our agreement in any way shape or form. I can provide more documentation of this additional $19,806.54 worth of purchases made AFTER the purchase in question if need be. They had plenty of opportunity to make this right. I truly thought it was more than fair of me to offer to split the $10 per tube rebate that was not going to be able to be gotten. It's 100% not the end customer's fault and it is against our business ethics to lie to the customer, even if it was an accidental lie. Since we said they were DLC listed and they would get a rebate, we made sure they got the money back. I guess Cost Less Lighting doesn't operate with the same ethics, since they repeatedly said they were DLC listed then took no responsibility when they were not.

We have worked very hard to make Ms [redacted] happy on every order she has placed. We stand by our offer of extending the client a $5 per tube credit on their next order - which the customer initially accepted! We did not offer to send money. We have worked hard to equitably resolve this with the...

customer. Our vendor mislabeled the product to us and we’re willing to make a reasonable offer to resolve this. She told our reps she was able to get the rebate money for her purchase, but wants more. We have also given Ms [redacted] free merchandise to make her happy. It is sad to lose a repeat customer like Ms [redacted], especially after we have made repeated attempts to solve the issue. We love our customers – especially the repeat ones. Hopefully this info sheds new light on the situation.
