I don't know of anyone else who has purchased flooring from this company but I had a terrible experience. I was quoted a timeframe of 4-5 days for them to install tile in my house, it actually took them double the amount of time. In the contract I paid to have my baseboards removed and reinstalled but the individuals who were contracted to install my tile weren't made aware of that detail. They weren't very careful when removing the baseboards and didn't mark any of them. So the person hired to install them back on took all day to do so because he had no idea where they were supposed to go. Plus many of the baseboards were in poor condition after being removed. There are also some marks on my drywall that need to be patched due to them not being careful when removing the baseboards. I came to check on progress numerous times and found the workers smoking on my patio with the door open to the house, making the home smell like smoke. They left the door open to my garage one evening after they had left. All this while I had my A/C unit on of course. They did a poor job wiping up the grout in some areas and put a dent in my new fridge, though that was replaced by the company, it was a big hassle. They left a mess outside on my pavers where they were cutting the tile and though they attempted to clean it, it still looks bad. I showed this to the owner and she said "well its outside so the pavers were going to get dirty anyway". I just found there to be an extreme lack of professionalism and attention to detail with this company. This was a horrible experience for me and in no way shape or form can I recommend this company to anyone I know or care about.
