I've lived here over a yearI feel like I've made a mistake renewing a lease with this companyWithin the first year I've had a huge hole in my bedroom ceiling that leaks when it rainsI've been told numerous times that contractors have to take care of itIt's been over a year and still nothingEven after I renewed my least I was assured it would be taken care of, but this hole remains in my ceiling! Also, it was suggested to use the online Rent Pay program that's offeredAfter paying my rent on time for some reason it wasn't posted and I ended having to pay late fees and even threatened with evictionSo, now I pay by check and am having an issue with them submitting the check on time and now saying my bank returned it for NSF, and they're trying to charge me late feesSomeone in the office completely liedMy rent money has been sitting in my account for a month and when I emailed the office (because no one ever answers the phone there), the lady says she posted it on the 2nd, the day I turned it in, but after speaking with my bank my check wasn't even submitted and there are no NSF charges on my account This company is totally unprofessional and sloppy!! I would never refer anyone to live hereThey need serious improvement!

That resident was released out of her lease without any charges or penalties. The issues were resolved prior to her move out as well. [redacted]
