This email is in response to claim #[redacted].  The customer ([redacted]) states that he paid 9995.00 for a 2006 Jeep Cherokee and that he also got a warranty.Per attached documentation he actually paid 9500.00 and the purchase only came with the Buyers Guide Warranty (90 days or 3000 miles)....

 He brought his vehicle in for service on 12/17/15for regular service and was told that he had a red fluid leak, the customer chose not to get the recommended work done.  As for the DMV he registration was processed in August andwas cleared in December.  This process took longer because a smog was needed to complete the DMV process.  The customer states that he never received paperwork.However, he has since moved and DMV will not forward.  We wanted to help him out with getting him new plates and DMV work but he does not have insurance so the DMVhas put a suspension on his renewal.
