move-ininformation such as near-by schools, stores, utility company information. InResponse to [redacted] coming into the office on several occasions to fill outadditional documents, we are a tax credit section 42 property which mean thatwe do have forms that change on a regular basis and residents are required tocooperate according to Lease Contract Addendum for Units Participating inGovernment Regulated Affordable Housing Programs which was executed by [redacted]
[redacted] on 4/29/2014, dates will be different than the move-in as they sign thecurrent date. In Response to work orders marked complete and no service beingdone, we strive to provide excellent customer service and emulate the corevalues set forth by NRP which are honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior soall work orders are completed and time and dates along with the technician'sname is on the closed work order. In Response to [redacted] informing myself([redacted]) of not renewing his lease, [redacted] did in fact come into myoffice on 3/16/2015 to discuss a work order which then was addressed on thatday. [redacted] did not state that he would be moving out or non-renewing as Iwould have advised a 60-day written notice as specified in Section 3. LeaseTerm of his TAA Lease Contract. In Response to [redacted] on rectifying anissue with his heat, [redacted] stated the maintenance had already fixed hisheat and had submitted another work order because there was a problem with thefuses again which caused the heat to trip, maintenance went out the same daywithin the hour. In Response to the bees on the property, we have pest controlcome out 2x a year and knock down bees nest, we address all others as writtenwork orders are submitted and pest control takes care of them during ourservice dates each Wednesday, to date [redacted] has not submitted any workorders for bees. In Response to myself ([redacted]) giving alternativeroutes to others, unfortunately we practice the same rules and regulations foreach resident and all are required to submit a written 60 day notice to vacateand perform all move-out procedures. [redacted] will continue to beresponsible for all lease termination fees along with any move-out cost. As of 4/14/2015 there are no outstanding work orders on file.
