We did arrange a field trip for [redacted] on the 24th of May and it definitely was a horrible weather day.  Unforunately we have no control over the weather and the field trip had to go on.  We rearranged the trip for this group to try and keep them inside and out of weather as...

much as possible but going from point a to b you had to be in the rain when it was raining.  I was contacted by this lady and she informed me that she did walk back to her car because no one would offer her any help, and my response to her was that I had been there all day driving people where they needed to go when they needed and I was never contacted by anyone for her.  I did speak with my staff about her and was advised by them that they recommended she stay on the tour for another 45 minutes and she would be back at her car and that she did this.  I would have no problem giving her a refund but at this point I would just like to get her address and mail her a check instead of having verbal communication with her.
