Costar replaced my furnace and insulation in 2019 and they also filed *** rebate applications for me. I should have received $500 rebate for furnace and $510 for insulation, and additional $300 bonus for doing both. However, I only received 2 cheques, one for $500 and the other for $510. *** said the contractor Costar was not doing the filing correctly so the contractor must correct it in order to issue the rest $300. I contacted Costar multiple times and ask them to correct the file. They always replied they would be doing it but several months later I still haven't got my bonus cheque. No response at all when I message them now. They are so helpless.
Dear ***, you have your own rebate application and related Email we sent to *** which could prove that we didn't fill incorrectly on your application. We have been contacted multiple times and we do things for you, but we are unable to control the processing time. Please give some time to your rebate processing. As our experience, you will receive the bonus cheque in final because you have already got the two-upgrades cheques. Thanks.
