Review: I purchased my first care with Costa's Auto in Aug. 6, 2013. When I drove the car the first day I had it it was giving me problems. I called the sales person, he said the car sat for awhile and to drive it around it probably just misfiring. I kept calling because the car was not sounding or handling correctly. The engine blew in the meantime. They said they would repair it, so they sent a tow truck and brought to the garage they use in [redacted].They said the car was done and to come get it. I was driving to work the following day when the car stopped and burst into a cloud of smoke. I called Costa's they sent a tow truck later that day. The garage looked at it and said the new engine blew. The sales person said I would be responsible for another engine, they to this day have the car and nothing has been done. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. They have washed their hands of this car and me. I think this is unfair and unorthodox practice of a dealer. I have had nothing but trouble with this lemon since I purchased it for $6720.00. I feel like they took me over the coals, being a first time car buyer. Is there any recourse? Or am I stuck with this situation? Isn't there any laws against what this car dealer did to me? Thanks to this car, I am now on the unemployment line! I can't even express my disgust in the whole situation.If there is anything you can help with, I would greatly appreciate it!Thank you[redacted]I have a in-detail written paper on this situation, the Auto dealer provided me with no paperwork on engine or other repairs they did.Desired Settlement: I am seeking full repair on this vehicle or replacement if it cannot be fixed. If it is not fixed or replaced I am seeking a full refund.
