Review: 1.) Neither security doors have worked since our move in date nor has there has been any effort on behalf of the Landlord to remedy this situation.

a. All security doors are left open during the day, inviting non tenants to enter

2.) The garbage dumpster and recycling containers are overflowing, which are attracting unwanted wildlife.

3.) The apartment, unit 5, violates several safety violations, including

a. Outside window guard is cut and broken

b. Window is taped shut near indicated broken guard

c. Paint chips, dirt and debris have been found all over the apartment since indicated move in date and are not from current residents.

i. Landlord is aware of pet being brought into the apartment and this violates the health and safety of said pet.

d. Broken cabinets

e. Broken closets

f. Mailbox is not securely fastened to wall

4.) There is no bottom shelf to our provided refrigerator.

5.) There is a hole being created in the wall by the door knob and it was there from the move in date.

6.) Told during the walk through that there were security cameras and there are none.

7.) Fire extinguisher in basement may be out dated.

7.) None of these violations were approved in writing during the showing of the apartment.

8.) Costello Management LLC disregards these safety issues and will not let tenants out of a lease early.Desired Settlement: Receive our security deposit back and let us out of our lease early without fault and no further contact or allowances owed to Costello Management LLC.
