DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY: My experience with this company has been the worst in my entire career as an investor. They found a long term tenant for my property, move the tenant in without my insurance certificate, they held the deposit. I had furniture in the house which I specially told All County/Drew R[redacted] not to remove from the house. During the first couple of weeks I received nothing only complaints from Drew about the condition of the house after he inspected it before the tenants moved in and said it was in perfect condition. He complained that my maintenance crew didn't do a good job. So I had him use his guys. After 4 months the tenant stopped paying the rent I wasn't notified by the Property Manager, I found out when they sent me a statement on the 25th of December. Going back and forth with the Property manager for another month, they eventually filed eviction paper in February only after I sent them $500. The attorney they hired didn't file the paperwork correctly. After the tenants moved out sometime late March. It was a Sunday and All County Premier" where no where to be found when the Sherriff Called me and said I had to secure the house. By this time I had already received a call from a friend who told me that my windows were broken and my back door was broken. I had the house secured and locked, these tenants broke back into my house two times afterwards. They stole my furniture and all my personal belongings that were locked in the attic. In the mean time All County Premier still were no where to be found. I asked several times from the beginning for a copy of the lease which I was told was between Tenants and Property Manager and had nothing to do with me. I had to hire my own attorney to get a copy of the tenants lease, that is when I found out that they had completed a tenant lease with no mention of my furniture in the house. This company should not be in business, they are very deceitful, untrustworthy and not a company you want managing your property.
