Review: Costikyan removed my stark carpet from my stairs(attached) and also from a long hallway that wasn't attached. Costikyan made the long unattached carpet upstairs in May. I told them not to take it to be cleaned and they took it anyway. They threw away a brand new carpet pad that was underneath. The new pad, was installed under the long attached carpet, crooket. Instead of being 1-2 inches shorter than the end of the carpet it is six. The attached carpet to the stairs is loose in some areas and also in some heavy areas that are walked on frequently…5 or six inches from the edge of the carpet. The padding is thick and the carpet will start to wear unevenly. Also the carpet isn't pooled tightly noon either side of the stairs. Time wasn't taken to ciut a straight line. Poor quality.Desired Settlement: Refund [redacted] for the money we paid for these services OR REPLACE pads on entire stairs and Hallway!!! Very unprofessional.
