Costmar Express

Review: I sent out a package to be mailed out to PERU. I dropped off this package at S&A Express who sends it to their main location Costamar Express in Corona, NY. I dropped off the package 11/**/13. A week passes by and I decide to call and find out the status since the tracking # did not work. They tell me that they cannot deliver the package because I have a cell phone in there and I have to declare my contents otherwise I get charged with a fee. I told them I did declare my contents for $400 and told them to just return the package to me if its going to be a problem. They tell me it will get back to the agency in NJ in a week. I wait and call back because it is not there then they say it will be there in about 4 days. I call back it is not there and then they tell me there was an issue with the drivers and the routes got confused and that they guarantee my package is there and will get to me in a week. By this time it is 12/**/13 that they guaranteed my package would be returned to the agency where I dropped it off. I call and it is not there so I call Costamar Express in NY and they tell me I'm sorry for you but the package is still here the drivers don't usually return packages and they keep forgetting to pick it up. I drive to NY the next day 12/**/13 thinking they will never deliver this to me so I need to go get it myself. I get there and they tell me they do not have it that it is at the "[redacted]" and no one is there. I ask for a manager and they say the manager does not come back until Monday. They are by far the worst service company I have every experienced. I have had enough and just want my package or my money for the contents of the package as well as reimbursement for the money spent driving over there to pick up something they should have delivered a long time ago.Desired Settlement: I want my package back if they still have it and if they do not I want to be paid for the contents in the package which include a Samsung Galaxy IV $360, a screen for a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 $24.80, a tab 2 cover $20.34, a screen for a Samsung galaxy III $6, and a cover for a Samsung Galaxy IV $9.89. I have my receipts for all these items for proof I can email them or print them and mail out the copies if needed. I also would like to be reimbursed for my drive to the agency $46.
