I am rejecting this response because:The costumes were already returned to the businessThey were sent back via *** they were signed for on May 22, and were
signed for by ***I have the tracking number and appropriate documentation if necessary.I have disputed the charges on my credit cardNo further action is needed by the businessI have received my money back, and they have received their costumesThe lack of communication and attention to customer satisfaction is appalling.

The customer's order was placed on 2/7/In her order the customer said she needed it by 4/18/At that time her card was run for $(the total cost of the order, not $2000)On 3/20/she called to see if her order would ship 3/30/and was told that it wouldn't because that was not her
original need by date and we could not accommodate the changeOn 4/26/she contacted us to cancel part of her order and was refunded $on 4/26/On 4/28/the rest of her order shipped and she has received itThis order is complete

We shipped part of this order on 5/and we were notified that the customer is returning that part of the orderWhen we receive those, she will receive the refund for thoseThe items that had not yet shipped were cancelled and refunded on 5/in the amount of $

I only received the portion that was on 4/I have not received the costumes in questionBusiness has failed to answer phones or return my voice messagesI finally gave up And had to order new cosotumesI attempted to cancel the remaining costumes in questions before they shipped because they were no longer of use for me since they did not get here in time as promised by the companyThe customer service is beyond unprofessionalI expected my order in AprilNot just part of itThey never once notified me of any delay in my orderI had to call and ask when I only got part of itI ordered everything in JanuaryThey promised I would get my remaining costumes before May 6th and when they failed to arrive, I did everything I could to reach them to cancelThey didn't return my many voice messagesIf Fed ex shipped these costumes, they either left them on the wrong person's porch or someone stole them because I never got them.

This customer received a $courtesy credit on 3/30/because we missed her photo dateWe also have a few return authorizations open for her for costumes that she has not returned yetOnce they are returned we will start the process of returning/refunding as applicable

This order did have quite a few delayed items on itThe last shipments were made the week of 4/Customer requested a return authorization to return items received too lateWe were unable to refund the card because the day limit had passedA refund check was mailed on 5/12/in the amount

I am rejecting this response because:The? company avoided contact and returning calls or emails and gave us a earlier delivery date with a confirmation email? When we were finally able to get through,
it turned out that my packages were waiting in the warehouse marked for another Saturday delivery, but was told they do not deliver on Saturday? To ensure our customers who paid for a costume had a costume for pictures, we were forced to purchase new costumes from a different company that had them ready to ship, and had to use those for pictures which now we can no longer return? In addition, Costume Gallery stated all of my shipping costs would be refunded and were not? I would like at least a 50% refund as I had to purchase additional costumes elsewhere to fix Costume Gallery's mistake?

I only received the portion that was on 4/4. I have not received the costumes in question. Business has failed to answer phones or return my voice messages. I finally gave up And had to order new cosotumes. I attempted to cancel the remaining costumes in questions before they shipped because they were no longer of use for me since they did not get here in time as promised by the company. The customer service is beyond unprofessional. I expected my order in April. Not just part of it. They never once notified me of any delay in my order. I had to call and ask when I only got part of it. I ordered everything in January. They promised I would get my remaining costumes before May 6th and when they failed to arrive, I did everything I could to reach them to cancel. They didn't return my many voice messages. If Fed ex shipped these costumes, they either left them on the wrong person's porch or someone stole them because I never got them.
