PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE!
We rented a dress and during the trial informed about a torn area at the bottom of the dress. They noted it down. When we picked up, they clearly mentioned it was all done and handed us in a covered bag. When we opened the cover, we see that it is not stitiched at all. The person wearing the dress could have tripped and fallen down. When we complained the response was terrible. They did not call back or email us back. Terrible customer service. We had to call again and again to get some answer. All they offered was a store credit which we refused as we have no intention of going back to the store. OVERALL A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Also the quality of the dress was bad. There were torn parts and not maintained well.
