Review: On May 11,2013, I ordered 2 Pens & 3 Black Gel Ink Refills and 2 Pens & 3 Blue Gel Ink Refills, Order # 010571. I paid $9.10 for shipping on my Visa Credit card. As of today June 25,2013, I still have not received my order. I have sent 5 emails to the company, inquiring about the order and have not received a response. I called the company after researching for their phone number and left several messages for a "[redacted]" who handles orders. She did not return my calls. I talked to a '[redacted]" and he responded that he would give [redacted] the message and I was finally able to talk to her after I called one more time. She said the order had shipped and I would receive it Friday June 22, 2013. I still have not received it today June 25, 2013. My Visa has been charged for the order.Desired Settlement: I think the order should be delivered and that I should not have to pay, because of the inconvience and lack of business accumen of the company. Ignoring emails and phone calls from the customer is unacceptable.

Review: I sent this company a personal check in the amount of $4.55 in which they cashed. The check was to cover S/H for two free ink pens and three free refills in my order. The website says it normally takes 2-4 weeks to ship and in some rare cases 8 weeks. It has been over 4 months now and I sent several inquiries to their website on their contact us page. I have requested that they either send my ink pen order or return my money. To this day I still haven't heard back from them yet nor have I received the ink pen order or a refund of my money. I know that this may seem like a minor complaint but if this company is taking their customers' money in the amount of $4.55 per order and not delivering their goods. Then I believe that this small complaint should be treated like a major problem. Thanking you in advance for any help that you may be able to supply. Desired Settlement: I wish to either have my ink pens sent to me or have my $4.55 refunded to me. Also, if CotaPaxi.com/CotaGear.com can not resolve this issue with me. Then I would like for my complaint to be publicly posted on a Revdex.com website.
