I am rejecting this response because: Well, I figured this what he would say, after he called me, when he was notified from you, and said I lied to youWell this is going to be a he said/she said, because he is totally nottelling the truthHe talked me in to doing what he said, NOT, what I asked him to doHe specifically said that when your windows are dried, they would be crystal clean, with no spots, because of HIS special cleaning additiveNot only are my windows spotted, but my new screens are damaged because his cleaner ate through themAnd he also lied about the power washing, he told me that he would do it light enough, as not to damage some of the areas where the paint needed to be touched upHe charged me for power washing, now he is telling you that he didn't do any power washingI just do not know what to say, other than I am very dis-appointed in this manHe seemed so very nice, when he gave me the estimateI guess, I have learned yet another lesson of life, in my old ageThanks for trying to assist me in this matter, but I am older, with a lot of medical issues, and I just do not have it in me to take this business to court, but I will never give him a good report, if I am askedHave a wonderful Thanksgiving :

Business states that he performed all services that were requested by the customerCustomer had pre-existing mildew and paint issuesThe house was not pressure washed but rather sprayed with no chemicalsThe windows were pressure washed The customer had agreed to have business back in
September but she decided to hire somebody elseIn the end services that were paid for were rendered and no refund is due

Well this is going to be a he said/she said, because he is totally not. telling the truth. He talked me in to doing what he said, NOT, what I asked him to do. He specifically said that when your windows are dried, they would be crystal clean, with no spots, because of HIS special cleaning additive. Not only are my windows spotted, but my new screens are damaged because his cleaner ate through them. And he also lied about the power washing, he told me that he would do it light enough, as not to damage some of the areas where the paint needed to be touched up. He charged me for power washing, now he is telling you that he didn't do any power washing. I just do not know what to say, other than I am very dis-appointed in this man.
