Allstate runs reports looking for undisclosed drives in a household, because if an undisclosed driver crashes their car, Allstate as to pay. Allstate ran this report and found his daughter as a undisclosed driver. They notified him and allowed Mr *** to challenge it. He did
not, the renewal was issue with the Daughter on it, in January. On May 23rd, he called the office and we tried to correct it, but we need proof the Daughter had other insurance. On June 16th, over a month later, he finally sent proof of insurance for the Daughter, but it was in ** *** name, which is not acceptable. We argued for him with Allstate, because he did not give us the proof we requested and Allstate agreed to credit him, but only back to June 16th. The amount of money in dispute is $400-$500, (not $717)I cannot figure an exact amount because of the age, of which was refunded $206. Mr *** calls us several times a day and we are trying to get him more money, but had he provided more timely proof, we would have had a better chance of getting it for him.
