Review: I was insulter and treated very rudely by a cashier named [redacted]. After stating my order in the intercom, I asked the cashier to repeat my order. [redacted] obliged but with un unpleasant and unfriendly tone. When I drove up to the window to pay, it appeared that some of the food had smeared on the plastic bag, so I requested if [redacted] could replace it. She did not want to replace it, but finally did after I had asked 2-3 more times. I finally asked who her supervisor was and it happened to be her. I then told her that she needed to be less rude and less abrasive when taking orders from customers. She did not explain nor apologize for her unfriendly and uncustomer service like attitude. I then asked for the owner's name which she pointed the owner's name and contact info outside the drive thru window. She states before handing my food that "you could return it if you're not happy." And then she proceeded to call me a Bh in Spanish and laughed as I was about to drive off.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner, Fernando Reyes, to contact me to explain the horrible customer service he allows at his restaurant;reassure a customer service training for his staff.
