I am rejecting this response because:Like I said before, this was a gift I received from my family. No pictures because who thinks of taking a picture of something that is leaking all over the floor. An automatic response to something leaking is to throw it away. For the so called "president" to claim that I was trying to game the system; what the heck is gaming the system? To complain about $30 worth of unused product? Yes, I originally wanted to just let them know of the issue and with such service of "oh sorry not a problem we replace" well what kind of service is that? And to ask for previous receipts of purchase of the product that has NOTHING to do with current damaged product? Wow, like I said before, I don't need to have my business with [redacted] especially when they take no responsibility or have any empathy for what's happened. The "president's" true issue is that he is a conartist/business person that takes my family's innocent money that paid for damaged product. I can careless for refund or exchanges considering the fact he looks at every customer as to dishonest or gaming the system! I've never ever complained to [redacted] ever and first time ever complaining, the experienced is not "customer services" like; more like "we don't care" service. I would never do business here again.
