Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/10/27) */ This is in response to Mrs [redacted] 's complaintLetters were mailed on the 17th of August and then again on 25th of SeptemberLetters were mailed to the addresses provided by the resident at move outIf the resident did not provide an address, letters were mailed to what was listed as his permanent address on his applicationIf letters were never received, the address may have never been updated with our property to ensure future correspondence were receivedThe first emails were sent on the 25th of SeptemberMrs [redacted] replied with in the hour these were sentDue to the large amounts of emails being received at this time, I could in no way reply to all emails right awayHowever, she did receive a response on the 29th of SeptemberOnce she was responded to on the 29th with the explanation of her son's charges, she was not heard from again until the 1st of October where she stated we were ignoring her calls and emails and she stated to report us to the Revdex.comConfused by this, all records were pulled and there were no voicemails or emails received between the 29th and the 1stOnce the email was received on the 1st, she was responded to on the 5th (after all records were pulled)She then received numerous emails from me over the course of daysShe stated she believed that we were over charging her son because he was a college student and only trying to gouge themShe was then provided an invoice for the paint job required for her son's bedroom to show that he was not gouged and the charges were justifiedShe was not heard from againOn the 9th, a check was received and deposited for her son's balance owedWe believed this matter had been settled, since she never did respond back and paid her balanceThis matter is resolved, as she willing paid the balance Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 9, 2015/10/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I only paid the balance to keep my sons credit upThis company is very unprofessionalI did leave voicemails, which they claim they never received? They should look into getting a new system then,as they are not receiving themThe person who I was I contact with email, is very unprofessional Have told several people how the cottages are just in it for the money and DONOT CARE ABOUT THIER RESIDENTS
