Dear [redacted] ,We did not damage the navigation screen Nothing is sprayed or applied to the dashboard Our employees use a clean, dry cloth on the dashboard. In addition, customers look over their car when it is finished being dried They walk around and inspect the outside before they get in it, and once back in their car, they look around to see the job which was done I believe a ruined navigation screen would have caught their attention right away, before leaving our premises.Very truly yours,Walter K***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I believe this is an ignorant answer as my navigation screen is cleaned with window cleaner (or some other solution)every time I go thereNot only that, isn't there the possibility that they cleaned it with a rag used for another purpose? I am not okay with [redacted] ***'s reply and will take this up in small claims court Thank you for your assistance In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I did tell [redacted] that I gave permission for my son to bring my wife's car to get it cleaned He returned immediately after and the car sat in my driveway until Sunday morning when my wife entered the car and saw the finish coming off the screenUpon seeing this, I immediately drove it over to show them the damageWe did not touch the screen There are other complaints online that state this business uses the same rags on the outside as well as the inside Isn't it possible the rag was used outside with some other chemical on it that they used to clean inside that caused this? I am not someone who frequents this establishment occasionally, I have been going there every week for years, an I would like to continue doing so To just look at this and immediately just say there is no way they did this without considering how it may have happened is wrong I personally have witnessed employees there using some sort of cleaner on the screensCould it be possible they picked up the wrong one?] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted],
We did not damage the navigation screen.  Nothing is sprayed or applied to the dashboard.  Our employees use a clean, dry cloth on the dashboard.
In addition, customers look over their car when it is finished being dried.  They walk around and inspect the outside before they get in it, and once back in their car, they look around to see the job which was done.  I believe a ruined navigation screen would have caught their attention right away, before leaving our premises.
