We have reviewed the following complaint(s): 1. No water on the community, 2. No one available to call for maintenance emergenciesIn review of the complaint (1), it is our assertion that the community has operational access to water from the city provider to the
communityHowever, there was an emergency interruption of water to the community on Sunday March 12, During this day, a resident backed a Travel Trailer over the curb and onto a main water supply line to the community causing a burst in the line that required immediate repair and interruptionAs the interruption occurred on a day the office is closed (Sundays), the office was notified by the automatic answering/messaging system utilized by the communityImmediately, individuals were notified via text that the water service would be interrupted to stop the overflow of water and effect repairIn regards to complaint (2), the assertion that the no one is available to contact for emergency maintenance is unwarrantedThe community has a messaging system in place allowing residents to contact management for emergency maintenance requestsWhile the accident resulted in inconvenience for all during the repair process, the water was restored and remains operationalWe have since offered the sincerest of apologies to our residentsSincerely,

response regarding case #[redacted] for a [redacted].  I have reviewed the claim with the property manager regarding the charges  Ms. [redacted] is factually incorrect in her statements provided your organization.  Ms. [redacted] was evicted for non-payment of rent, but when she moved out she did not clean the apartment.  The carpet had damages outside of normal wear and tear, as there were red stains in the living room and bedroom due to some form of drink that badly stained the carpet. All of the charges assessed are applicable to damage beyond wear and tear.
