Review: I placed a work order almost 1 week ago about my toilet will not flush properly. for me to flush it I have to stick my face down by the toilet and reach behind to turn the water off then back on for it to fill up so that I can flush, and if it did not flush all the way I have to do it again. my son is a teenager and he does not go through the same process as me so I have to do double time flushing.
