Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the first time the owner, Don J***, has had any communication with usHe simply refers to our problem as an issue with the "radio"The "radio" as he calls it controls just about everything inside the carIt is the control center for the carIt controls the touch screen for the radio, media, controls, climate, navigation, phone & uconnectThe driver info screen is affected as wellAs stated before, we have taken it in times from January thru June to be repaired and it still continues to malfunctionIf we were to try to sell the car the Car Fax report would reflect the car has serious electrical and computer problems and am sure we would have a hard time selling it as this will put up a huge red flag and affect our resale valueWe would like to move on with our lives and have a car that we can trust and work with a dealership that is willing to stand up for the people who spend their hard earned money for a new car that has not been fixed in triesThis Jeep is my primary car and I am actually afraid to drive itThe car has been parked since 7/16/which has been a huge inconvenienceIt is a shame that people have to go through this and that FCA (Jeep) will not accept responsibility after having tries to fix the problem and have notOregon Lemon Law states they only have to be given tries and we have given them Sincerely, [redacted] ***
