We were called by the homeowners the husband answered the door we told him we go up on the roof and try to figure out where the leaking was occurring we thought we established where it was and we proceeded to target areas for leaking we express our concern that the roof might be need to be tarped the owner said he wanted to see if this sealing would work he call us back the next day and said it was still leaking we came back we asked him if you wanted us to carpet or if you wanted us to try and seal the roof in those areas again he chose to have us rd the areas and inspect other areas of the roof you were honest with him and told him that it was going to have to probably be tarps he chose not to have a start the roof
He still does not address that they tried to con us into a new roof and did nothing that actually fixed the issue. Any reputable company that had roofing knowledge could have looked and saw that was not a leaking roof and advised us otherwise just as the second company had done. I feel that they would have kept coming back and charging us knowing full well that there was not a problem they were fixing in hopes of getting us to agree to the new roof.
