I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***I also have proof that I started a new policy in the 16th NOT cancelled itSo if a court of law is where we have to go, we can do so because I have the proof I needThe uneducated lady whom is his daughter, that took my information down, was made aware that I had plates from a car which I had gotten into an accident withShe asked for the plate number and I told her that they were revoked so when the car gets registered, I had to get new platesI was doing the registration myself so I do not understand why they ran the old platesShe did not listen and they decided to run the insurance on THE OLD PLATESThat is why it said the insurance was canceledIf she would have paid attention all could have been avoidedHe is not taking ownership for HIS DAUGHTERS mistakesHe also in the last comment said there was nothing wrong with the car, but yet the only reason I did not fully purchase a car from them is because he told me that the car had a stalling problemI don't know what kind of business he is running, but he clearly doesn't know what he is doing if I'm not the first person to complain.

Customer has had the car since last JulyCustomer refused to acknowledge any responsibilities such as payments and insurance being paid. Called customer to try to help her and refuses to show up several timesCustomer wants another car because she is in a divorce and getting into trouble
with the car she has. Cancellation of insurance took place falling behind on payments. Customer left the car on private property and car was towedCottage Street Motors Incwould always help customers with problems if needed. Our beliefs in customer relationships is honesty is the best policy

The response from ***. The problem here is when she hears the truth she doesn't want to accept it. I believe that we can show cancellation of insurance to whomever wants to see itIn a court of law the proof can be provided on al matters. We don't believe in knocking anyone down. Our policy is honesty and when someone can't accept the truth then the problem continues. We don't rip off customers

I believe on this complaint  the gentlemen has this vehicle in his possession and he lied on this complaint.  The door that he complained about-he never showed up at [redacted].  We also told him to go to [redacted] and never showed up.  We can't fix the vehicle if...

they don't show up at garages for appointments.  The gentle keeps calling and also the gentlemen has been told a few times that the thing he wants to get done on his door is not under warranty.  We were trying to help him out as a courtesy, in the meantime he is way overdue on his payments and refuses to come in.  I believe he is trying to scam to get out of payments on this matter.

They are not being honest, I never had an insurance issue, I was waiting on the paper work. I then contacted [redacted] multiple times and that's when he told me that the vehicle was broken. I don't appreciate them lying to justify heir actions. I also know for a fact that they have done this to other people. I cannot believe a business goes this far to screw someone over. When I went back in there [redacted] himself made up another excuse as to what true $150 was for. Which was another lie. I'm not going to let this go. He's ripping people off everyday, because he knows that they don't have many options.

No one has applied or filled out an application in the name of [redacted].   This is a false accusation  and further action will take place.

Good Morning:The person who wrote this complaint did not attempt to purchase a vehicle. She came in and purchased a vehicle and filled out an application and put money down on the vehicle.  We told her that we would check the vehicle and make sure it was okay.  She asked us to hold off...

because she had an insurance problem.  We told her we would work with her and she said fine and to let us know when her insurance was all set.  As of 3-16-17 we called her and her insurance was canceled and asked her about it.  She showed up and was going to put the expired plates on the car which we said you can not do, because it is against the law.  She got mad and said I'll find another dealer to do it and wanted her money back.  We refunded her money back for the car and the paper work that was done on the vehicle was filled out waiting for her.  She was nasty and mean and said she could drive it without insurance.  She already talked to her insurance company.  We told her we wanted proof of insurance and a binder.  Just for the record the car was not a trouble car like she said and she kept stalling due to insurance problems.  This problem went on for several days with the insurance company and nothing was straighten out.
