I understand your confusion. Hopefully me explaining in more detail will assist. Unlike in conventional apartments that charge a monthly rent, we charge per school year contract amount. This is similar to how the dorms charge per semester. However, we take that annual amount that is outlined in the contract and break it out into equal installments.
I hope this lets you better understand that this is an annual contract amount and not a monthly rent.
