Review: Cottam Heating came to clean the filter. During the cleaning the air condition mechanic clogged the pipes of the unit which resulted in a flood in our apartment. This had never happened before. We requested Cottam Heating to return to fix the damages which resulted form their cleaning. The first time the air conditioning mechanic came with the wrong tools. The second time the mechanic fixed the problem. He wouldn't leave our apartment without payment for the last two visitis (unclogging the pipes). He wanted $1000 for fixing the damage the company created. We refused to pay but the mechanic wouldn't leave our apartment without payment. We gave him a check for $500 for all the work related to the cleaning. Basically, Cottam Heating charged us $782 in unauthorized credit card transactions to pay for the fixing of the damages created by their mechanics. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: We want a refund for all unauthorized credit card transactions amounting to $782.
