Consumer alleges we are not licensed, this is and can be verified. We always strive for customer satisfaction and present potential customers with options according to their specific needs and requestsIt was the consumer who opted for a recover rather than a remove and replace in order
to stay within the insurance claim settlement budget, of which we absorbed the deductibleThis saved the consumer money, not usIn addition we agreed to supply and paint the entire facia at consumers request because he stated it was very high and would save him a lot of troubleWe also replaced several sheets of decking at back of house at no charge, again to try and help out the consumerThe insurance claim did not pay out for roof replacement at balcony or garage roof, this is where there is an existing leakConsumer did not want to pay for replacement so we once again agreed to make a courtesy repair at no charge if consumer would pinpoint roof leak entry point because roof is very old and roof design poses difficulty in finding exact entry point of water intrusionRoof is very old and most likely should be replacedWe deducted several hundred dollars from final invoice because consumer claimed we caused stucco damage to chimney that is already cracking and crumbling prior to us even starting workWarranty issued to consumer clearly states that it is for the new roof shingles we installedConsumer argues that although we did not replace roofing over effected roof leak area, that we are obligated to warranty the roofwe stand firm that we have gone above and beyond to provide more than satisfactory service.Consumer now proposes that we reimburse money that was never paid and or pay for work to be done to his home in the amount of one thousand dollarsWith all due respect to the consumer, we find this to be far beyond reasonable
