Mr.[redacted] originally contacted The Cotter Moving & Storage to pick-up household goods in Fairlawn, OH in August of 2015 and hold for delivery to Florida. We were then asked to pick-up additional household goods in Lakewood, OH and also hold for delivery in Florida. I have enclosed a copy of the revised estimate sent to Mr. [redacted] December2, 2015, which shows the $7,095.65 balance due including $528.75 from the Fairlawn move, $1,211.75 form the Lakewood move, and packing material charges of $802.60. The cost for the move to Florida was $4,552.55. Mr. [redacted]'s payment was received in January, not four months earlier. Mr. [redacted] had been notified there would be charges associated with moving his household goods from storage if he used another carrier. Those charges would be deducted form his payment and then he would receive a refund. A Bekins Moving Agent picked his property up 2/18/16. I was on vacation from 2/19 through 2/23/16 and that is why Mr. [redacted] did not receive his refund sooner. The office staff told Mr. [redacted] I was on vacation and that he would not get a call back until I returned on Wednesday 2/24/2016, his calls were not refused. His refund was calculated, the check printed and mailed the day I returned to work, 2/24/16. A copy of the certified mail receipt and the letter explaining the charges deducted is also attached for your reference. Cotter did NOT refuse to return Mr. [redacted]'s money.
Mr. [redacted]'s statement that Cotter did not perform or act in four months is incorrect.
I had called Mr. [redacted] in the fall when we were making a trip to Florida trying to arrange delivery, but he had not secured permanent housing yet, and I said we would call him next time we were going to Florida. Mr. [redacted] was getting anxious for his household goods and I scheduled a driver to leave here on 1/19/16 and deliver to him on 1/22/16, but on 1/15/16 he cancelled the move saying," I am not sure I am going to stay in this condo and 1 might not even stay in Boca Raton". 1 had made two attempts to make delivery and Mr. [redacted] either was not ready or cancelled the delivery.

The lady who owns Cotter Christine is hiding won't repair or remediate broken products that they packed .. Now to the packing.. They packed over 1500 lbs of moldy pieces of clothing and furniture To establish heavy that's normal weight ..
The woman won't tell me. A breakdown of costs . In as much. As how much is a particular box cost. And how many hours were spent. Please understand I already gave a lot of front money to this firm .. She is blatantly trying to seal from me .. NO house No prices of individual products. Andexplanation of time. And what my present acne cost against the hours .
Worst of all the lady owner. Loaded up the truck with counter bond that made the rest of the load small. Bekins WAs shocked that she sent moldy products. Boxes and boxes of moldy clothuing. That can't be helped. Threw out the clothing ..
A lot of other waiight in books and Magizines to increase weight. And this can't be re,mediated of mold .. And the Bed. And bedding full of white and black mold .. No one in their correct mind would pact these. Items as everyone knows. The mold will never leave or the cost to remove the mold is higher than buying the product new..
I spoke with the packers and specifically asked not to pack paper items. Clothing .. With the exception of a leather coat and leathe shirt .. But boxes of shoes and clothing all had to thrown away,, Bekins. Who took my shipment to my condo was appalled. And will testify in court against the Cotter moving and storage..
Also the company said they could move me in a timely manner. Alas 5 months isn't timely .. Bekins start to finish 1 and 1/2 week door to door.
Afraid this action against Cotter moving and Storage is so financially damaging I will procedure them in the court ..
Christine lied and her personnel lied and they tried to defraud me .. You won't be a blew to help me As she continues to lie .
So prosecuting in court is the next procedure .. To get to the bottom of real costs that were charged .. She , Christine has made this move a typical. Story of harrasment and cheating that lines the wall of stores in all Revdex.com. Halls .

To whom it may concern:
I stand by my original response and will add a few more details.
Mr. [redacted]'s Lakewood residence had not been occupied by him recently and he was not present when his property was loaded. The driver called Mr. [redacted] on his phone and asked him questions about what to pack and move. The driver was told which clothing items to take in the bedroom and the hallway and to pack what did not look like trash from the kitchen, as part of his instructions from Mr. [redacted].
Mr. [redacted] was sent a claim form to complete. Neither the Cotter driver nor the Bekin's driver, when he loaded the shipment from our warehouse, marked the inventory with any exceptions for the mattress or box spring.
Again, Cotter attempted to deliver to Mr. [redacted] twice and he was not ready or cancelled the delivery.

I told the driver there was mold .. Any old should not be packed as the cost to remediate the mold products. Should exceed the cost of having the products shipped and or replaced .. Christine. Has delusions. When she says the driver called. He did and in fact was told to pack 2 leather jackets. Which was revised to 3 leather jackets and one shirt, not to pack books Magizines and any other clothing that had mold .. She unfortunate ly charged me 800 dollars for packing material.. And won't send a detail cost per size box or. Materials. And those materials were excessive because of so much over packing .. However she continues to lie. I cancelled one 1 shipping date. Not 2 as she has proposed. .. This will end up in court .. There is a lot of loss. And poor packing buy her crew to matin a higher amount of calamity .. Anything I packed came thru with flying colours. She has become a habitual liar What a shame .. This will end up in court .. She added 2000 lbs to the load This is the American way of shuttle stealing and lieing. She is bankrupt mentally for just a few extra dollars And will not answer questions on the charges that she itemized
Abotique business. That is of questionable standard ..
