Review: On July 2 I picked up my car from [redacted] Transmission location named [redacted] Inc. ([redacted], FL [redacted]. The day after pick up (July 3, 2014) the car had to be taken back to the shop, it was jerking. The man at the shop said it needed to be calibrated. The next day(July 4, 2014) My mother drove the car to [redacted] Ga. When she made it she said the car was acting like it couldn't change gears and was still jerking. On Monday July 7th, 2014, I dropped the car off at an [redacted] location to check out the problem ( I didn't tell them I had a warranty yet just dropped it off and told them the problems with the car) I get a call later from the [redacted] location saying "were sorry but you need a new transmission" I then said I just got a new transmission my warranty is in the car. So they say ok and proceed to tell me how the warranty works. The [redacted] Shop has to call the [redacted] Shop and get approval to fix the car. The [redacted] shop tell the [redacted] shop exactly how to fix my car. Here's the further problem. Its July 29 and I still have no car the [redacted] location took a week to order parts then sent a bad part so the car still doesn't work properly. Now the car is paid for as well. On July 24,2014 10:30am I called [redacted] corporate office and got in touch with a lady name Lachett, told her some of the problem she needed names and invoice number, She said "I will call you back after I speak with both shops. I called [redacted] at 3:30 and he said no one from corporate has called, called the [redacted] Shop he never received a call from corporate. Friday the [redacted] shop gets the part from [redacted] shop the part still doesn't work. Friday July 25th still no call from corporate. The [redacted] location cant make any moves and my car is just sitting. Monday July 28 I called corporate again to see what the hold up they are waiting to hear from [redacted] Never heard back today is Tuesday and still no word. My car is juts sitting at the shop.Desired Settlement: I would like a rental car until my car is ready and a percentage of my money back, as well as my car fixed by Saturday Augest 2, 2014 or a specific date.

[redacted] called our company on July 24, 2014 concerning a delay in obtaining a warranty repair in Georgia. The warranty was issued to [redacted] by an independently owned [redacted] franchise in [redacted] FL. That entity asserts that they received a call on Monday, July 7 from an [redacted] location in [redacted] GA regarding a problem with their reconditioned transmission and agreed to replace the valve body in an effort to correct the malfunction. They acknowledge that there was an undue delay in providing this replacement part to [redacted] and that a problem persisted that has necessitated the removal and disassembly of the reconditioned transmission. They have informed our company that they have agreed to compensate [redacted] for her expense to rent a vehicle as of this date and that they will approve all additional parts and labor required to correct the malfunction. Please confirm that [redacted] has accepted the offer of the [redacted] franchise as it is unlikely that the warranty repair will be completed by August 2, 2014.
