The operator of this business has once again proven to be a dishonest individual. From the onset where he did not repair the vehicle correctly, not fixing the issue under the warranty properly, verbally agreeing to reimburse me and backing that agreement by giving me a company statement indicating a promise for reimbursement AND now sending me a bad check!
On Friday July 18th I received a check in the amount of $1,210.22 (check number [redacted] - from [redacted]), I tried to cash the check and there are insufficient funds.
It is apparent that the business owner is continuing to stall, make lies and not follow through on his promises.
I am requesting full payment immediately via Certified Check.
