We are very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your husbandFrankly, the reason this incident was caused was because of a faulty internet connection which has since been taken care of, so in turn the kitchen staff did not receive any orders originating from [redacted] The person with which you spoke on the phone was not the manager of our establishment, but a server with a mere weeks of experience on the floor, and they have since been removed from their position for very clearly being quite emotional in moments of distressWhile the restaurant was packed this server picked up the phone since the manager himself did not have the time to do so himself, and unfortunately handled the situation in the worst possible wayNobody other than this individual knew about this order, and the reason for this stems from the panic he was inAgain, we'd like to sincerely apologize to yourself and your husband, both valued customers at [redacted] ***, and to prove to you how important it is to us that we please every customer we'd like to offer you a $gift card you may use at our establishmentPlease allow us to redeem ourselves for this horrendous experience you've been put through and come enjoy the best food and wine selection in StamfordWe look forward to seeing the both of you again!

staff did not receive any orders originating from [redacted]. The person with which you spoke on the phone was not the manager of our establishment, but a server with a mere 3 weeks of experience on the floor, and they have since been removed from their position for very clearly being quite emotional in moments of distress. While the restaurant was packed this server picked up the phone since the manager himself did not have the time to do so himself, and unfortunately handled the situation in the worst possible way. Nobody other than this individual knew about this order, and the reason for this stems from the panic he was in. Again, we'd like to sincerely apologize to yourself and your husband, both valued customers at [redacted], and to prove to you how important it is to us that we please every customer we'd like to offer you a $200 gift card you may use at our establishment. Please allow us to redeem ourselves for this horrendous experience you've been put through and come enjoy the best food and wine selection in Stamford.
