[redacted] has been a great customer since 2013. I have met her family and they were just as nice as she is. Her orders started out small, but increased over the last year as she has grown her business. The increase in quantity also began to include an increase in variety of styles and options...

requested. From the very first quote, we have always had in our quotes that the minimum order is 12 pieces and that pricing was determined by the quantities ordered each time. As [redacted] stated, she was sent
a text message saying that a few of the shirts were on back order
and did she want to proceed with the order without those few that were on back
order or would she like to wait for those to come in before getting her
shirts printed. She told us to go ahead and print the shirts without
those few. This is where the problem started. Again, our minimum is 12 pieces per order, so when she said print without those few, that is exactly what we did. When [redacted] came in to pick up, we checked everything out and things were great until she asked when the rest of the shirts would be ready. I again explained that our minimum was 12 pieces and she had said to print without those few. She said that she had customers that were waiting on them and that if she could not get them, she was going to have to give them their money back. I said that she would have to wait until she had a minimum order again or go ahead and return their money. She then stated that she didn't know who ordered what to give their money back. At that point, the conversation began to get heated. I got [redacted], the owner involved and I walked away.Back to the price increase, I had asked [redacted] to send an email letting [redacted] know that on future orders the prices of several of her shirt styles would be going up. [redacted] left out the "future" part of the increase. But after speaking with [redacted] on the phone, that was cleared up. I even put together an email with links to the different styles, showing the supplier prices were higher.[redacted] spoke with [redacted] and said if she could get everyone to agree on one design, he would do the "less than minimum order" and not charge the set-ups. This was verified to me by [redacted]. An order was received by [redacted] on 10/16 with 11 shirts. The order had two shirts that were on out of stock until January and [redacted] changed them to the same style as the other shirts. The order was printed and when her friend came to pick up the order, [redacted] asked who was paying for them and the girl said [redacted] was paying for them. [redacted] trusted [redacted] to take care of the bill, but [redacted] instead emailed [redacted] stating that the owner told her that day that he would was going to pay for them as long as she got them to all be the same design and font color. [redacted] emailed her back and said that she knew there would be no cost on the set-ups. She told her that they were not replacements, that they were shirts that were left off the original order and were not on the original invoice; but she would get with [redacted] and let her know something. [redacted] contacted her and again the discussion turned into a disagreement.[redacted] is willing to split the amount 50/50, but if that is not agreeable we will proceed with filing charges with the DA.If you need any other information, please contact me at [redacted]Thank you,[redacted] Cotton Cargo2400 Gulf St.Beaumont, TX 77703
