         I received your letter about the complaint from[redacted]. His account of the situation is not exactly accurate. I sold his wife
a guitar on 2/10/14 for $400.00. She was told that she could have one day to return the guitar...

if there was a problem or if her husband
didn't like it. We sell used items in our store and have an "as is" policy. I gave this one day return permission because her husband was
not present to see the guitar. He was on the phone with his wife at the time and heard me say this, which he did recount when he tried
to return it. We were open the next day, which was Tuesday the 11th, and closed on the 12th and 13th due to the snow. We reopened
with regular business hours on Friday the 14th. We were also open on Saturday the 15th, and Monday the 16th. [redacted] wife
called our store on Tuesday the 17th to ask about returning the guitar. After I told her I would not give her a refund, [redacted] called
and was very upset. Both of them stated that they knew they had one day to return the guitar but had issues with snow and had lost a
horse. I apologized to them both but could not refund their money after so much time. There were four business days between the date
of purchase and the date that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] called. We have been in business for over 17 years now and have always tried
to give the best customer service possible. It is unfortunate  that this customer is filing such a complaint and has sent emails to local
 people slandering our business.  Mr. [redacted] stated in his complaint that we knew nothing about honor or character, but in fact, I did
honor my word with a one day return promise to his wife. He did not. I hope this helps you with your inquiry.

Review: I sent money to purchase roosters over a year ago. I made many attempts to contact Mr. Blansett but the last several of times I was not able to get a hold of him. I even sent an email requesting to cancel my order and refund my money and did not receive a response. I spoke with his partner in New York Mr. Santiago and I was told he will check into it and when I tried calling him back no one answered phone.Desired Settlement: The only settlement I am requesting is the amount of money that I sent and any cost that I may incur using the services of Revdex.com.
