Dear Revdex.com-This installation was scheduled for 7/14/The installer was notified by the customer that morning that he had to be completed by 4PM that dayThe installer could not guarantee that he could finish by then, but offered tom come out and start the installation and see how far he could
manage and return to finish at the convenience of the customerThe customer asked that we come out on Saturday the 16th insteadWe were never notified that there was a time limit upon the verification of the original date., We absolutely agreed to the 7/16/NEW installation dateWhen we called to confirm for the new date the customer demanded a 30% discount on the entire contractWe did not breach the contract, he didWe are not willing to offer any additional discount above and beyond what was offered at the time of the original purchasethe flooring is cut into pieces that are specific for his home and the is no cancellation on cut material per our contractual agreementthe customer did indeed speak with the Manager and this was explained to him thoroughlyThank you, Thomas P

In response to the consumers rejection to my recent complaint response
The photos show only the bedroom not being complete, the office carpet was completed 100%, but the bedroom "fill piece" or the extended material contained a defect which in turn caused us not to complete the entire installation of the bedroom onlyI return, it was decided that we leave the carpet partially installed over the top of the new pad in order to not have a bare floor or bare pad until the new special order product came in to replace the bedroom
This installation to consist of removing the furniture, the old carpet and the old pad, then reinstallaing the new pad, carpet and replace the furniture
The majority of this work was completed with the exception of the bedroom being competed, due to a defect in the small balance of that was needed to finished the seaming and to completed the installation
At that time and throughout this process, we had repeated offered the following: Remove the carpet and replace it with something that was in stock, or keep the loose laid carpet in until the new product arrived to replace itWe had a production date but could not guarantee a date until it arrived
I was personally never allowed to speak with Ms***, but was only allowed to communicate with her daughter and then I was contacted by someone that claimed to be her boyfriendHe said he was handling things and that he was going to "rip this carpet out and leave it on our doorstep" and that he was going to have a friend of his supply the carpet and installationThat was the last time I spoke with anyone and have never had my calls returned
Our office did send a registered letter addressed to the home owner in March and we are still waiting for a response

There is so much more to write however since it will do nothing to help us we will stop the communicationsI am sure MrP*** will be smiling to know that he duped another person/company with his poor business practices and lack of ethics or morals

Ms*** had her carpet installed on 6/14/14, and she had expressed her dissatisfaction with the product she choseWe have offered to replace it at no charge or upgrade with full credit towards the upgrade
I have two separate registered letters attached that we have mailed to Ms*** to try and scheduleWe fully admit when we make a mistake, but in this situation the customer is not co- operating at all and her complaint is unjust and there is no true to her claims

I received a call from rlc on 4/4/stating they had received my complaint and wanted to resolve the issue by honoring a 5% discount and as promised a free rip up and a discount on the furniture moving feeI was told I would be contacted 4/to get my credit card info to credit me the amountThough it is not the full amount I was overcharged I would be satisfied with the $rip up discount, the $furniture move discount and the 5% off carpetI have still not heard from rlc since the call on 4/offering me this refundHalf of my frustration with them is the lack of urgency to call when promisedI understand now that it is offers or financing but did not at the time of purchase and if I did I would have never signed up for financingWhen Ashley wrote up my work order she told me she had to write it up full price and the discounts would be taken off after which is obviously not the caseThank you for your time.

For a customer to file a service complaint through *** is ridiculous and unprofessional, especially coming from another business in the areaThey had experienced an issue with another company prior to coming to us and wanted an installation of a commercial carpet right
awayWe try to accommodate everyone and verifying products that are not located on site can be challengingThis carpet installation was measured on the 1st of may, written up on the 5th and installed on the sixthI will have our service department contact the client and schedule an installation and schedule a repair if needed

Dear Revdex.com,In response to the complaint, we had inspected the flooring and could only determine that the subfloor was causing the squeakingThe customer did not agree with this and is demanding that we replace the flooringWhat we have done is offer to replace the flooring, but once the newly installed underlayment is removed, and if the flooring is still squeaking that we would discuss the next step needed to rectify the customers complaintHe has also disagreed with tis solution.As a result, we have ordered new material to replace the original flooring, it has arrived and owe are going to send out a service contractor to review the subfloor once more prior to replacement and discuss the findings with the customer before we proceed with a replacement.Thank you,

Dear Revdex.com,We can not and do not warranty against squeaks in a subfloorThis customers complaint references a subfloor, we did not replace a subfloor, only the 1/4" underlayment that was installed on topThe underlayment is not squeaking, the subfloor is, just as any home can do. But, we have already ordered new material to help with this situation and we will be pulling the underlayment and the new flooring for replacementHopefully we can relive his issue at that time. What more do I need to explain to you!!!!!The people that work for this company are clearly not working for the best interest of the company. I have dealt with several people in different operations and locations of this company and absolutely no one Can follow through with anything they say they are going to do.  Even the regional MOD seemed so apologetic on the phone to me But clearly was not sincere since he too can not follow through with his actions also!!!!!   I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!   MY COMPLAINT WILL REMAIN ON Revdex.com AS NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HELPING ME  RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Dear Revdex.com,The installation was scheduled with a tentative date at the time of the sale. The material was to be ordered and we established a goal date for installation. When we spoke to the contractor remodeling the bathroom, we were surprised that he had removed the shower and toilet prior to the...

installation date. Once we arrived to install the flooring we were directed to put the underlayment and the flooring down under the are that the shower unit will be installed. The vinyl flooring that arrived from the factory was sent to us short and we ordered  a replacement piece.In the interim, the contractor is more than able to finish the shower and we will remove and replace the toilet at no charge. This is a normal practice and should have been done by their contractor prior to our arrival to the home.The new merchandise is scheduled to arrive this week, and we will complete the installation once it arrives.Thank you,Thomas P[redacted]
