Apartment Number: [redacted] RE: ID [redacted] Respond to Complaint To Whom It May Concern: Cottonwood Apartments does have tarps covering areas of the roofs that have been damaged due to storm in the pastWe have already chosen and hired roofers to replace all the roofs on the property and they will begin later this summerWe have another property in [redacted] where the roofers have already started and once that property is completed they will begin here at Cottonwood ApartmentsMs [redacted] has never complained of bees in the walls, snakes in the apartments or roachesWe have pest control that is here once a month and services this unit every monthsIf there is an issue all the resident has to do is call the office and we can add them to the list to be treatedRegarding the pot holes; we are gathering bids from different contractors to correct this problemThey have already done other properties within the last year and will begin at Cottonwood Apartments once we can agree on a price and schedule a dateThe weather this past month has made it almost impossible to move forward with some of the projects we had on scheduleThe amount of rain we have had has pushed our contractors behind a bitPosted inside the office is the name, address and email address to the ownerWe do not give out the Owner's phone numberI as the manager will handle all complaints and if it requires further authority then I will email my boss with the issue and we will discuss and the owner will in turn email the resident backI was hired to manage the property and my superior is aware of all complaintsTo my knowledge there are no pedophiles that live here on the property as it is not allowedIf we hear about an issue we will issue a lease violation and follow our procedures to ensure everyone's safetyEach person that applies has to undergo a criminal background checkIf someone is visiting another individual that does not mean they live here on the propertyWe accept Section Housing through the Edna Housing Authority they do not pay any of our bills or repairs they help individuals with the cost of their rent based on their incomeAll of the office stair has always been pleasant to Ms [redacted] and have always provided her with respect and made sure that work orders were taken care ofThe issue has never been with Ms [redacted] just her son that comes in and speaks to my staff in an unprofessional manner and then gels upset when we will not discuss his mother's apartment issues with himHe is not on her lease contract and has no say in the matterThere are repairs that need to be addressed as with any large property and we are in the process of correcting some of the issues as stated aboveThank you, [redacted] Property Manager

We mailed his Security Disposition on June to [redacted] and the check was returned to our corporate office on June 24, according to the yellow notice from the post office I informed my supervisor that [redacted] had not received his check and to verify with the bank that the check had not been cashed We were notified that the check was not cashed; however in the meantime we did receive the check back We verified the address and it was missing the apartment number We will be mailing the check again today to the address and including the apartment number Thank you, [redacted]
