Review: We purchased a [redacted] tractor carburetor on [redacted] at a cost of $260.00 with a guarantee of a $60.00 refund when the old core was returned. The core was returned in November 2014. However, the $60.00 refund was NEVER RECEIVED. We received a notice from [redacted] that we must collect from [redacted]. However, we could never "log in" to [redacted]. We paid for the transaction with a Bank Card. The issue is simple--[redacted] should issue payment for the $60.00 old core return as guarantee. A complaint will be filed against [redacted], also. Many communication emails were sent to the [redacted] Company with no response. Our interstate transaction was with [redacted] Company; and, we expect the refund from [redacted] Company as guaranteed.Desired Settlement: A $60.00 check from [redacted] to Johnny Templeton.

I refunded [redacted] his money yesterday and emailed him also. He has not claimed it. Not sure what is going on with him . After I logged on to our [redacted] account I remember this whole situation. I do remember getting his paper work and refunding him his money to his account . However he never collected his money not sure why he has to but sometimes if your account on [redacted] is screwed up then they have to log on and then click claim money I called [redacted] on this situation and that is how they explained it to me. I do not want to send this guy a money order for that is money in libo land and he will not write me back or call us about this whole ordeal he just thinks by writing you and putting a complaint in that will make it all work out . I am not sure if this guy is older and does not know how to use a computer but he has not communicated with us and We have taken care of this a LONG TIME AGO .
