I have attached a picture of the arrangement As always it has been enhanced and photo shopped to make it look beyond wonderful There are spray roses in it as well as regular roses so that is where you get the dozen roses This is the picture on the website and we have a workbook with the picture and the flower count to design the arrangements [redacted] does us no favors with their presentation of the arrangements.I do not remember this customer calling, but that was in August Why did he wait so long to make this complaint? I emailed and called the company and they still have not refunded what they promised. Please see the previous complaint and response below: 11/28/2016 Advertising/Sales Issues Complaint I sent flowers to someone. The picture showed 12 roses, but only 6 were sent. I would have paid more money to send 12 if I would've known. I have a screenshot of the website if requested. I called the company to try to rectify the issue and they told me that's just how it was and she was too... busy to do anything that day. I followed up with another phone call and they weren't willing to help. I finally sent an email showing the screenshot and asked for a refund. My email was never replied to or acknowledged. I was not aware the refund was not completed in October.  Yesterday a refund of 94.09 was completed.  Our approval code is [redacted] in our POS.I imagine it will appear on Mr [redacted]'s end by Monday.  Judy J[redacted], Owner of Cottonwood florist.
