This is the response to the letter from *** *** We received a call from Mr*** about working on his Chevy Silverado In the beginning he was very demanding so we initially turned the job down as we found him very difficult to work withWe sent him a detailed email about what he was
wanting doneWe listed all parts and manufacturers After we declined the work he sent a text message apologizing for his behaviorHe begged for us to preform the jobWe then accepted the jobWe took the truck in a realized the motor was no goodWe told him and he aggreed to have the motor redoneWe sent the motor to the engine builder and had the worked preformed using most of the deposit mr*** put downWhile the engine was away mr*** called or emailed almost daily demanding a update As we explained to him we have more then one client and would work on keeping him up to date as the best of or ability He was rude about all.communication we received the motor back and installed the motorWhile installation of the motor the plastic was scratched and we aggreed to replace that ans give him a discountHe would show up at our facility at all hours of the day or nightHis truck was never in any danger of getting water damage as he statesWe have told him we would do what ever it takes to get the parts in the truck he orderedWe offered to pull the motor back out at no charge to him and give him a discount He aggreed to this and then left our shop and emailed right back not agreeingHe has gone back and forth numerous timesWe have tried relentlessly to do what ever it takes to remedy the situation At this point we are unclear on how to make him satisfied

This consumer has been harassing us, and posted things on our FB page and we have asked them to stopWe didn't even charge for the work done, just for the partsHe made us stop work on his car, and he asked for the axle including the boxes they came from and we provided those all to him alreadyWe mailed the skid plates before the holidays, and it's been so long I don't have the documentation handy, but just to satisfy the consumer and make him stop harassing us we even offered to replace the skid pads if he had not received them, which was also not our fault if that's the caseAt this point we don't know what else to do for this consumer but we would like for him to not communicate with us any longer

I have tried countless times to work with Chad. I've received nothing but a headache from this man. I've asked numerous different times for a written estimate. And I just got off the email from Chad and he states he has it now but is unwilling to work on my vehicle as of now. He stated he would not work on the vehicle until I came to a shop and sign paperwork  which I have no problem doing. But unfortunately for him and I are schedules are conflicting. I explain this to him numerous different times through email and text and phone calls. But I continue to get attitude from Chad like I'm creating an issue. All I've asked of him is to complete the job that he was hired to do.  But it seems to be too much for him to complete. He stated numerous times that you cannot find certain parts. So I've emailed him letting him know that there is no longer a need for him to try to find those parts if you cannot find them himself. I told him that I would find them and I would deal with it on my own time. I've shown up to his shop during the hours that he provided to try to go Document signed. His business shows that he opens at 8 AM and closes at 5:30 PM. But he states that I am only allowed to show up from 9 AM  to 5 PM Monday through Friday except on Thursday due to he doesn't open until 1:00 PM on Thursday and closes at five. The first day I showed up 30 minutes early and was waiting patiently in front of his office to complete the transaction that he has requested upon. I was told he would not be in the office today so I left. I showed up again on Thursday between the hours of 1pm and 5 PM. He was not there at his office and no one was there to complete the transaction. I never once was scheduled for any kind of an appointment only was told to be there during certain business hours. I stated on one of the last emails that I would like a to date balance of what he thought I  odium do too I was considering finishing the job myself. I did not state that I would be doing the job myself I did not state that I wanted him to release the vehicle unfinished. But he emailed me stating that he no longer wanted to do the job and that I was to pick up the truck on Monday unfinished. but he did state that he had all the paperwork that was required which I'm thankful for. I've given this man more than enough time to complete the job that he was hired to do.  I sent him an email and the attached above explaining what he had done to my truck even though I ordered specific parts. I have a copy of the engine builders parts list which is none of which I ordered. I have a signed and dated document from Chad himself at exhaust solutions stating he would fix  The engine. Chad H[redacted] has done what he wanted when he wanted from day one he has no regard for any customer or myself for that matter for work purchased and paid for. I came in there with a specific one of my vehicle and all he did was whatever he wanted to do. I have multiple pictures emails text  and videos of the progress since the vehicle was released to him. And unfortunately now he is stating he no longer would like to work on the vehicle because I stated in an email that I wanted it to date balance of what he thought I owed. I've always offered more money to this man  in case he needed more money for parts. He has now had my truck for nine weeks and still is not completed. I'm at a loss for this business. I can't guarantee I'll ever trust another mechanic to do anything for me again. He explains that I am hard to deal with. Well maybe I am, all I expect from people is to do what they say they're going to do especially when it's a job  that I hired him to do. He's getting to confuse that he seems to think that he can tell me how he is going to do the job. This is not how it works in the real world. I just want to be treated like a human being and I have not been . At some point somethings going to have to give for his process and how he deals with customers in a professional atmosphere. as it stands right now I'll be removing my vehicle and in completed and Built completely the wrong way. I try to give this man the benefit of the doubt since day one and it seems that I am the fool in trusting him.  I will be picking my truck up as soon as he allows me to with the payment he is asking for. And I maybe looking into further action to correct this problem.
