Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] I have tried countless times to work with ChadI've received nothing but a headache from this manI've asked numerous different times for a written estimateAnd I just got off the email from Chad and he states he has it now but is unwilling to work on my vehicle as of nowHe stated he would not work on the vehicle until I came to a shop and sign paperwork which I have no problem doingBut unfortunately for him and I are schedules are conflictingI explain this to him numerous different times through email and text and phone callsBut I continue to get attitude from Chad like I'm creating an issueAll I've asked of him is to complete the job that he was hired to do But it seems to be too much for him to completeHe stated numerous times that you cannot find certain partsSo I've emailed him letting him know that there is no longer a need for him to try to find those parts if you cannot find them himselfI told him that I would find them and I would deal with it on my own timeI've shown up to his shop during the hours that he provided to try to go Document signedHis business shows that he opens at AM and closes at 5:PMBut he states that I am only allowed to show up from AM to PM Monday through Friday except on Thursday due to he doesn't open until 1:PM on Thursday and closes at fiveThe first day I showed up minutes early and was waiting patiently in front of his office to complete the transaction that he has requested uponI was told he would not be in the office today so I leftI showed up again on Thursday between the hours of 1pm and PMHe was not there at his office and no one was there to complete the transactionI never once was scheduled for any kind of an appointment only was told to be there during certain business hoursI stated on one of the last emails that I would like a to date balance of what he thought I odium do too I was considering finishing the job myselfI did not state that I would be doing the job myself I did not state that I wanted him to release the vehicle unfinishedBut he emailed me stating that he no longer wanted to do the job and that I was to pick up the truck on Monday unfinishedbut he did state that he had all the paperwork that was required which I'm thankful forI've given this man more than enough time to complete the job that he was hired to do I sent him an email and the attached above explaining what he had done to my truck even though I ordered specific partsI have a copy of the engine builders parts list which is none of which I orderedI have a signed and dated document from Chad himself at exhaust solutions stating he would fix The engineChad H [redacted] has done what he wanted when he wanted from day one he has no regard for any customer or myself for that matter for work purchased and paid forI came in there with a specific one of my vehicle and all he did was whatever he wanted to doI have multiple pictures emails text and videos of the progress since the vehicle was released to himAnd unfortunately now he is stating he no longer would like to work on the vehicle because I stated in an email that I wanted it to date balance of what he thought I owedI've always offered more money to this man in case he needed more money for partsHe has now had my truck for nine weeks and still is not completedI'm at a loss for this businessI can't guarantee I'll ever trust another mechanic to do anything for me againHe explains that I am hard to deal withWell maybe I am, all I expect from people is to do what they say they're going to do especially when it's a job that I hired him to doHe's getting to confuse that he seems to think that he can tell me how he is going to do the jobThis is not how it works in the real worldI just want to be treated like a human being and I have not been At some point somethings going to have to give for his process and how he deals with customers in a professional atmosphereas it stands right now I'll be removing my vehicle and in completed and Built completely the wrong wayI try to give this man the benefit of the doubt since day one and it seems that I am the fool in trusting him I will be picking my truck up as soon as he allows me to with the payment he is asking forAnd I maybe looking into further action to correct this problem
