All vehicles parked on Cottonwood Ranch Apartments property need to have a parking permit or be parked in visitor parkingCottonwood Ranch contracts Auto Shackles to patrol the property and boot/tow vehicles that are not in compliance with our lease agreement regarding parkingThere are signs posted throughout the property stating that permits are needed or they need to be parked in designated visitor spotsAuto Shackles takes pictures of the vehicle before it is booted/towedThe picture of this vehicle in question shows that there is not a visible parking permit displayed in the rear view mirrorThe vehicle was booted and an immobilization sticker was placed on the vehicle stating that it will be towedTherefore, the vehicle was not towed unlawfully and we would not reimburse the tow feesAny refunds would come from Auto Shackles not Cottonwood Ranch

The lease that Ms [redacted] signed did state that if they decide to go on a month to month lease that there is a $month to month fee that is added to the account every monthLate fees are also a standard charge that is in the lease agreementThey are charged if a balance is not paid in full by the 3rd of the monthRent is raised on a day notice to the resident.The gas/PNM charges were prorated fees while they were in our name before they were switched into Ms [redacted] 's nameThese utility fees were from the time she moved in, not from her move out dateShe paid on her balanceShe still owes $

I've left several messages for Mr*** The fire alarms have been going off however sometimes they are beyond our control One evening we witness a person pulling the pull station which set them off We've also replaced buildings pull stations just to eliminate trouble

the system and our maintenance is inspecting every home to verify that smoke alarms, fire alarms, etc are working properly.  The system has check out just fine so our initial assumption is people are pulling the pull stations.  I reached out to [redacted] via phone and he concluded that the issues have stopped and appreciated my call.  He stated he is happy hear but was just frustrated and his immediate impulse was to send this to Revdex.com and reach out to the media.  We have resolved these issues and I believe he will continue his residency here and will not be breaking his lease.If you have any questions, please feel free to cont[redacted] me.Thank you!Lisa F[redacted]Property Manager

posted throughout the property stating that permits are needed or they need to be parked in designated visitor spots. Auto Shackles takes pictures of the vehicle before it is booted/towed. The picture of this vehicle in question shows that there is not a visible parking permit displayed in the rear view mirror. The vehicle was booted and an immobilization sticker was placed on the vehicle stating that it will be towed. Therefore, the vehicle was not towed unlawfully and we would not reimburse the tow fees. The roofing company will be out to repair her roof today. We will repair all interior damage to drywall and paint. We will also have her carpets cleaned and treated for mold. The resident and management have agreed that if her roof is to leak again after this repair that we will transfer her to a...

different unit.

I have attached a copy of the signed application cover page. This is signed by Ms. [redacted]. Our policy clearly states that a person has 48 hours from the time of approval to cancel the application to have the holding fee refunded. A holding fee is also refundable if the application is denied....

Neither of these two scenarios holds true for Ms. [redacted]'s situation. She applied on July 25, 2017. On July 26, 2017 she was approved and actually signed the lease agreement on the 26th of July. She did not cancel until August 7, 2017 which is well past 48 hours and therefore, the holding fee is non-refundable. Per the signed application cover page, Cottonwood Ranch Apartments not in the position to refund the holding deposit as this would violate Federal Fair Housing Guidelines.  I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding with a possible refund.  If any further information is needed, I can be contacted at ###-###-####.
